Hypertronic Pro Warranty

Natures Energies Health Products warrants to the original consumer/purchaser (herein after called "the owner") that the Hypertronic Pro (herein after called "the product") shall be free from faults, as well as defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the original purchase subject to the conditions stated herein.

If service is required during the warranty period.

Where service is required during the warranty period, these repairs would be carried out with no charge to the owner, subject to the conditions specified herein.

If up until 72 hours after receiving the product, there is failure in the product, then the manufacturer is responsible for any transportation and insurance costs to and from our contracted engineer in U.S.A should the product require being repaired. The manufacturer has liability for any freight or transportation damage during transit in these circumstances.

After 72 hours of receiving the product the owner is responsible for any transportation and insurance costs to and from our contracted engineer in U.S.A, should the product need to be repaired. The owner in these circumstances has liability for any freight or transportation damage during transit.

Should our contracted engineer in USA determine that the product is not faulty, or that damage is outside warranty conditions (See When this warranty does not apply below), then the owner is responsible for the cost of having the product returned to them, and no costs for transport (as is the case for failure within 72 hours) will be paid to the owner. In these circumstances, the assessment made by our contracted engineer is final. The owner may request in this case for repairs to proceed, but is responsible for labour and part costs, as well as transportation and insurance.

If after the 12 month warranty period has expired repairs are required, costs for labour and parts will be charged to repair the product.

When this warranty does not apply

This warranty does not extend to accessories or defects or injuries caused by or resulting from causes not attributable to faulty parts or manufacture of the product, including but not limited to, defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, or vermin infestation.

The warranty also does not apply where audio hardware with output exceeding 1V RMS has been connected to the audio input of the product, resulting in damage. Generally hardware with audio output for headphones has standard level audio output which is 1V RMS output, but it is up to the owner to check with manufacturer specifications before connecting to the product.

Consumer Protection Laws

This Warranty is in addition to and does not in any way affect your rights under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Australia). For owners who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. 

Some countries, states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by country, state or province.

This Limited Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the product purchase took place. Apple, the warrantor under this Limited Warranty, is identified at the end of this document according to the country or region in which the product purchase took place.

Note: Please retain your purchase invoice, as this should be produced to validate your warranty claim.
